6. Replace Light Fixtures

Changing your light fixtures in your home can significantly transform your space. From chandeliers, to pendant lights or any other type of style, there are countless to choose from.  Make sure to cut the power before trying this project. 9. Create a Chalkboard Wall

This is another example of a simple project. A chalkboard wall in an easy way to add to your room.  This can be in a kids room so they can be creative and draw anytime they want. Or you can use this in your kitchen to write down food items you might need at the store.  This is as easy as painting it on the wall and letting it dry. Give it a try!

10. Install a Ceiling Fan

Installing a fan in your ceiling can really add a stylish touch to the room.  While this may be a little harder of a project it's not too bad once you get into it. To make it easy, read the instructions, or watch a YouTube video.  This ensures you have all the necessary tools, and makes sure you are following all the safety precautions. Then you will have a fan up in no time flat, and a stylish touch to your room.
