The wall-mounted Noritz NR83-OD-NG is a natural gas-fueled water heater with an input capacity of 18000 BTU to 180000 BTU and a minimum flow rate of 0.5 gallons per minute (GPM). Being an outdoor heater it uses a 5"/3" zero-rated clearance Noritz concentric stainless vent pipe for the vent installation. There is no conversion kit for this natural gas-fueled heater, but a propane version of it which is the Noritz-OD-NG is available. Noritz has made sure to back its heaters with long term warranties such as the 12-year limited exchanger warranty, 5-year limited parts warranty, and 1-year reasonable labor warranty, to ensure that it runs and keeps running on its best.
